Hi, it doesn't look like an API -- did you mean that https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/api?

It's not reported in the official api docs, but you can use the endpoint:
http://tmi.twitch.tv/group/user/CHANNELNAME/chatters
to get the list of users who are in chat. Since tmi.twitch.tv it's not in the whitelist the request returns 403 error. Since the endpoint above it's not reported in the offical api i can understand a rejection.
