I want to make use of this site, which gives you a random quote and author in a tiny HTML page on load, but unfortunately there's no API to retrieve the two strings. Is there no chance ever of my bot getting access to it?

hi- that site would definitely have to at least have something stating that it welcomes other people to access it using a bot, and perhaps also the preferred method/url to do so.
