recover default home files

i deleted the default home files by accident is there a way to recover them ?

if you mean the bashrc and other files, that has been regenerated for you. was there anything else you deleted?

i think there was some virtualenvs and local dir i deleted

hmm- perhaps if you have kept the requirements.txt you could just recreate the virtualenv?
