Hi! Mi name is Juan. I have seen that the free plan has a list of domains allowed to make requests. I am developing a Twitter bot to help people in Spain to know the current status of COVID-19 vaccination. Could an exception be made to add the URL of the Spanish Ministry of Health (www.mscbs.gob.es)? It is a non-profit project

If there is no publicly documented API for the site, we cannot add it to the whitelist.
