I am unable to buy the domain through my visa debit card of a Pakistani Bank. Any suggestion?

By "buy the domain" do you mean that you're trying to upgrade to a paid PythonAnywhere account? It's probably best to discuss payment stuff like that over email -- could you drop us a line at support@pythonanywhere.com telling us what error messages you got (if any) when you tried to upgrade?
