I have two consoles running for different accounts. Does the traffic comes in from the same IP address ?

No, different consoles can have different IP addresses -- we have a cluster of servers handling consoles, and your console will be allocated to one of them when you start it. So some consoles might have the same IP address and some might have different ones.
