Connection timed out

Hi. I bought an accout for $5. Now I'm trying to get a https://booking.uz.gov.ua/ru/train_search/ using python. But I receive timeout error. Does pythonanywhere blocked by booking.uz.gov.ua? Or vice versa?

We don't block it from our side, so if it's timing out I suspect that they're blocking us :-(

I get a connection timed out, too. It's the site that's timing out, probably because they are blocking the connection for some reason.
